What Causes A Dry, Peeling Skin On Forehead?

I have skin peeled off on my forehead started couple weeks ago. Not much and just look like dry skin. But the area that have the skin peeled off get lighter than my original skin. the skin on both sides of my faces start peeling off this morning too. What should I do?
