What Causes A Dry, Red Rash On Inner Bicep Area?

i have a dry reddish rashy looking spot on my inner bicep area. it is not itchy and is about the size of a quarter. I have had it for a few weeks now. It doesn't itch. I thought it may be ringworm so started treating it as such. Any thoughts on what it might be?
