What Causes A Feeling Of Blockage In The Throat?

i have cramping which comes and goes in all sorts of different places on my abdonmin, i have a constant feeling of something stuck in my throat, this has now devolped into pain between my shoulder blades, I have lost my appetite, However i still can eat fine..im just no longer hungry. My stool has not changed until my doctor gave me some anti cramping pills...now it is looser than usual.
