What Causes A Feeling Of Obstruction In The Throat?

Hi,

I've noticed I've developed jaundice around my throat in the last 12 hours, and have the slight feeling of something caught within my throat. I had a wisdom tooth removed 8 days ago, and have been taking hydrocodone as well as clindamycin. Any suggestions as to what the cause might be? I'm hoping it disappears as I stop taking the hydrocodone.
