sometimes when eatting i get a piece of food stuck on the ways down, somewhere between my throat and stomach. its hurts and causes back pain. sometimes it will go down on its own but most time I have to cause myself to throw up. then right away i am fine. its been happening for 10 years or so but more often lately. should i be concerned about this
