What Causes A Flesh-colored Mole On Inner Thigh?

I have what I think is a small flesh-coloured mole on my inner thigh. It is a little bit raised and it appeared about 8 months ago. I have also been diagnosed wtih HPV a number of years ago and I'm not sure if this is a mole or HPV. It is located about 3 inches from my bikini line. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
