What Causes A Fluid Discharge From The Penis?

hi two days ago i noticed some white fluid leaked out of my penis and yesterday went to the restroom to take a piss i noticed same thimg so when i squeezed it it leaked kind of clear fluid and today didnt see anything till i sqezed my penis some of tha fluid came out what it could be?
