What Causes A Foreskin Patch With Peeling Skin?

34 years old uncircumsized male, moderate sexual activity, monogamous. My foreskin has a small red patch (pea sized)since 4 months (left side viewing from top) . No itching or any other symptoms, no discomfort at all. Last week, I found out that left side of my glans was having a thin white layer that peeled off when washed with soap. Today, even though I wash it, it has become white. Please help !
