What Causes A Frontal Bone Headache With Pulsating Head Pain?

3 days ago I had a server...I'm going to call it a headache that lasted for about 10 seconds or so. It was on the left corner near my frontal bone. Since then, I have been having pulsating pain in that same area in different intervals. It really hurts if I shake my head too fast. I don't know what the problem could be.
