What Causes A Hard Lump In Inner Thigh And Nausea?

I've had a lump on my inner thigh, towards me vaginal area. Its about the size of a quarter and hard. I can feel under the skin the size and it's rather round but isn't movable. It doesn't hurt to squeeze, I thought it might've been a cyst. I have other lumps in my neck that have been there for a year and they're growing larger. When I found them they were very small and now they're about the same size. I don't know how long the lump on my thigh has been there, I just came across it a week ago. I also have been constantly nauseated and it's worsened when I eat. I don't feel hungry anymore and I'm always tired. Are they connected? Is it a cyst or is it malignant? Thanks
