What Causes A Hard Lump Like Swelling At The Groin?

Sir, I have some small swelliing at the groin at the angle of right leg. Some time (when standing mainly) it is felt. When lying down it is not felt. There is no pain. bu there is some uneasiness. what may be the cause. About two months back I has some gound problem in the right leg ankle. I tok treatment for that. The hardness is still there.
