What Causes A Headache Above The Right Eye?

Hi I have been having headaches above my right eye for over a week now, I take paracetamol and this eases it but soon after they come back. When I bend down this makes the pain worse, the rest of my head and face feels fine. Would this be a sinus infection or something a little more serious
