What Causes A High-pitch Sound And Air Pockets In My Ear?

Hi!

After eating an apple, I feel a discomfort in my ears and mouth. More so in my ears. When I wash apple in apple vinegar, I don't feel discomfort in my mouth but it persists in my both ears. I hear a "high-pitched sound" and hours later may feel like air pockets in my ear. A few months ago, an ear specialist thoroughly examined my ear and could not find anything physically wrong, however, the high-pitch sound and air pockets continues.

What could be the cause of my ear discomfort and could it be related to apples?
