What Causes A High Rectal Feeling After Stapled Hemorrhoidectomy?

I had stapled hemorrhoidectomy done about a year ago. I found thereafter that each time I pass motion, I have this sensation that my rectum is abit on the high side compared to the days when I did not have the surgery. Also, I also realized that each time I pass motion, I have this feeling that not all are discharged. True enough, in the afternoon, I had the second discharge. Sometimes I had to do it 3 times. Can you explain if this is the side effect of the surgery done through this method? Thank you, have a nice day/Alan Ong, Singapore
