What Causes A Hole In Head After Accidental Removal Of Fatty Tissue ?

I had a fatty like tissue that I scratched out of my head and it left like a hole in my head. It s not bleeding I put alcohol and perxiode on it should I immediately rush to the Doctor I have a doctors appt. on March 24 can I wait and show it to my doctor.
