What Causes A Large Itchy Bump At Injection Site After An Allergy Shot?

I get allergy shots weekly for my allergies to grass, weeds, and trees. This week we upped my dosage. I have been itching one of my shot locations a lot. It is now a large hard bump, red, hurts, and still itches. Is this anything to be concerned about?
