hi i have a lump on the left breast almost under my arm has not went away after my period and have been referred for an ultrasound and some needle thing i am really concerned i have had 2 kids and am only 24 i have previously had abnormal cells removed in my whom what is this likely to be and is it related there is no history of breast cancer in my family karen
