What Causes A Lump In The Clitoris?

my clitoris has a bump on the base of it making it irrated and it hurts really bad. i went to the er and was diagnosed with a yeast infection and have been treated since then...this bump hasnt changed, it really hurts making the entire clitoris hurt. i dont have any stds either as i have been tested. HELP.
