What Causes A Lump In The Middle Of Vaginal Implant?

Hi i have had implant removed and new one put in on 20th Feb, the doctor lowered it cause it moved last time. I am still bruised, you can feel the implant but in the middle of the implant there is a little lump is this normal? What should i do? thanks
