What Causes A Lump Near The C-section Scar Site?

i just had my 3rd section 10 days later i had a hernia on the left side of my scar the stiches had burst on the inside possibly due to a knock from my 3 year old i had this repaired and now 2 weeks later i can feel a hard lump about 2 inches long on the right side is it another hernia ?
