What Causes A Lump On The Areola Of Breast?

I'm a 21 year old man, that has noticed a "lump" and looks like eczema like structre on areola, the left one is more affected than the left one, itching is what made me notice it, only the left one is itching, and because i am a medical student, I checked in my litterature and found something called Pagets Nipple Disease and were chocked, can somebody please help me?
