What Causes A Lump Outside Vagina?

I have noticed a lump sticking out of my vagina after passing bowel moment.. it is still there tho an I just had a child 3 months ago an have not been for postpartume check up yet it's in 2 days should I see a doctor before then ? what's wrong with me?
