What Causes A Medium Sized Glob Of Blood With Gooey Discharge Post Injury?

i fell at a bowling alley and my neck, shoulder, right side, a spot under my shoulderblade, and my tailbone hurt very bad. i am not prego, but when i used the restroom, there was a medium sized glob of blood tinged gooey discharge. should i go to hospital or is this normal
