What Causes A Movable Lump In Lower Neck Between The Collarbone?

I have movable bump in my lower neck in between my collarbone, my lab tests is normal tsh, T3, T4 free and cbc are normal except for my uric acid test. No pain at all and no problem when swallowing. Is there any serious condition because of that nodule.
