What Causes A Non Movable Lump Inside The Labia?

I have a small non visable lump inside of my labia. I have it on both sides but one side feels larger. It doesnt hurt and I have been monitoring it for the past two years. My doctor did not notice it or didnt think anything of it at my check up. Im 18.
