What Causes A Pain And Sensation Of Something Stuck In Throat?

For the past couple days I have felt like I have something stuck in my throat on the right side. Accompanied with pain when I drink cold fluids or when food/drink reaches my stomach. With cold liquids a pain spreads across my upper back. Today I noticed blood in my stool. Should I be concerned?
