What Causes A Painful Bump On The Labia?

I have a large painful bump on my labia. It looks like it has craters on it. I also have other itchy bumps on the inner opening of my vagina. The doctor told me I had a yeast infection and that most likely the itchy inner bumps were from the yeast infection probably from tears after intercourse. And the large bump is from shaving. The bump is throbbing and very uncomfortable. He put me on antibiotics and gave me a vaginal cream. I'm just concerned about the bump bc it looks worse after he saw it this morning.
