What Causes A Painful Frenulum Tear With Bleeding On Foreskin Retraction?

a small part of my frenulum has torn and it hurts while trying to pull my forskin back it bleed a little bit but i see a small piece of it not attached to the rest of it, this happen just yesturday while trying to have intercourse with my girlfriend, what should i do
