What Causes A Painful Lump At The Side Of The Breast?

Hello Doctor...right now iam in uk.and on 1st of may of 2011 i felt small grape size lumb in my right breast..doctor suggest me to take antibiotic ...i took for 2 weeks but situation getting worst ...grape size lumb turns into heavily painful cup size ...dn doctor told me it is breast abscess...and they did needle aspiration for 4 times ...and one day it burst itself and now it almost two weeks still pus is coming from breast area..but wound not healing...doctor suspect tuberculosis and pus is coming from multiple sinuses...they did biopsy and i also have high level of liver enzyme..doctor said its due to pain killer ..so they asked me to stoped it...please provide me guidance whats happening .thanks
