What Causes A Painful Lump In The Clitoris?

this is horrible. I was umm. taking care of my self a few days ago... and I have a very small lump now in my clitoris. it is somewhat painful if I sit the wrong way, or when I wipe. I'm pretty sure it wil go away.. I think I've done this to myself before. but can I do antying to prevent and or make it go away faster?
