What Causes A Painful Lump Underneath The Nipple?

i am 25 years old and have noticed a pimple like painful white eruption underneath my right breast nipple. i hv been to the doctor who prescribed satrogyl 300 and candid ointment to apply locally.a week has passed but there is no improvement in my condition. i am not pregnant. please advise.
