What Causes A Painful Rash On The Labia Minora?

Hi i have a painful rash that has persisted for over two weeks. Its on my libia minora and the space between my virgina and anus i cant tell what it is or why it has lasted this long. Ever since i got it the virginal fluid has disappeared and i am often dry. What is the cause of this?
