What Causes A Painful Small Bump In Vagina Post C-section?

Hi I just had a c-section last week monday all was well until tonight when I noticed a small bump and puss is coming out. When I think about it a couple of days ago I had I sharp pain on the same spot and since the puss started to come out the pain has stopped. Should I be worried by the puss as it s normally not a good sign?
