What Causes A Painful Sore Between Anus And Vagina?

Hi, I'm an 18 y/o female and my now ex boyfriend gave me herpes about 6 months back. I only had the first outbreak and then I was prescribed a suppressant to take when the symptoms first start. I think I'm getting another outbreak but I've since moved to a different state and I don't have health insurance/ I'm out of the prescribed suppressant. I have a really painful sore in between my anus and my vagina and it hurts to sit, wipe, touch, and stretch (I do a lot of yoga). what can I do? Could this be the onset of another herpes outbreak?
