What Causes A Painless Lump Below The Navel?

since the other day I have what seems to be a lump above my navel. Sometimes it moves. I went to the doctor and she said it is a cyst and that I should watch if it grows and hurts severly. I have also noticed that my bowel action has changed. Sometimes I feel like all of it is no coming out. Like something is impeding the process. can you tell me whats up?
