What Causes A Painless Rash On My Private Parts?

doctor, my 32year has a painless rash (it looks like that ) on his private part to be precise on top of his penis and sometimes felt pains when urinating. he did VDRL test and the result was nonreactive. could he be having any STD/STIs?

please help am scared because we want to get married soon
