What Causes A Particle Sensation In Eye After Cataract Surgery Indicate?

Hello, My mother had cataract surgery 2 days ago. She could not see right away and now has her vision restored. But she is experiencing an annoying side effect on her eye as there is some sort of particle or tissue in her eye socket bothering her. Should she be worried?
