What Causes A Penile Foreskin Infection With Rashes, Watery Discharge, And Yeast Formation Despite Using Soframycin And Clostar-GM For 10 Days?

Hello Doctor, I m 50y male Infection on penis foreskin 10 days back Having rashes on skin, watery discharge from 3-4 places, converts sometimes into yeast. Also spreading on glans IF cover it by foreskin. Used Soframycin & Clostar-GM but no improvement. Please advise Thank you
