What Causes A Penis Lump With Skin Peeling, Muscle And Calf Soreness?

I had a bump on my penis i went to the doctor and the doctor said i had sypills lesion then i got tested for other stds and came back negtive and he did a oral exzamation on me and i did not have herpes,but my skin on my penis was peeling and i was haveing musle soreness in my calf what should i do? i went back to my doctor and he said my penis is fine and i dont have any thing.
