What Causes A Penis Pricking Sensation After Protected Sexual Intercourse?

I had a sexual encounter 2 weeks ago and I get a pricking sensation on my penis although while passing urine I don't get any burning sensation, there is no redness on my penis ,no discharge,etc yet I get a feeling I get the feeling of getting STD.I had protected sexual intercourse and an unprotected blow job.Please advise.
