What Causes A Pink Sore With Yellow Discharge On Skin?

I have a sore that is pink around the edges and white with red spots in the middle that produces a clear/yellow, thin fluid. In the middle of the sore there is a small, circular patch of unaffected skin. It's not deep, but is noticeably below the level of the other skin around it. What could this be?
