What Causes A Polyp At The Previous Surgery Site?

Sorry for my bad english and writeing. I am 57 year old. A have done surgery varcinoma endometrii, 2,5 yaera ago. Now J have polip on the same place where is the conection.
Is it dengares, and can it be secsafuli with intervention.(something like sergery)
