What Causes A Prominent Vein On Penis And Swollen Urethra?

i got fellacio from a girl last weekend and i noticed the next day there was a vein popping out directly under the rim of the head on my penis, now i notice that one side of my urertha is swollen up and it has become painful to urinate at times and my penis is no longer symetrical, whats wrong?
