What Causes A Raised, Large Clear Liquid Oozing Bump On The Face?

I have this rather large bump on my face. it looks like someone hit me but no one did. i think it might be a spider bite but im not sure. it didnt have any red marks but it is raised and of course i tried to pop it thinkin it was a bad pimple. a little clear liquid came out. so i was persistent and got a needle to try and relieve pressure and stuck it in a lil bit and some blood came out. No white puss or nothing. please try and help me
