What Causes A Raised Lump On The Inner Buttocks?

I have an area on my inner buttcheek that is raised like a lump and it s slowly getting bigger. It doesn t burn or itch. It isn t a pimple either. I noticed it about two weeks ago. It s a little red and somewhat hard when I touch it. I don t know what it is.
