What Causes A Random Pulsating Sensation In The Temples?

Hi, for the past few months I randomly get a pulsing feeling in my temples, sometimes both sides sometimes just one side. It can last for a couple hours and then stop a couole come back or not happen for a couple weeks. The feeling has never hurt but I wonder if it's something as simple as being stressed or neck muscles being tight that causes this? Or a deficiency of aome sort? If there is a name for this what it is? I do have panic attack/ anxiety issues that started up about two years ago, so naturally it's safe to say I can conjure the worst answer in my own mind. Help!
