What Causes A Rash In The Genital Along With Inflammation And Itching In Anus?

To be blunt, I feel like I have a small rash isolated in my genital area. After using the restroom especially, my anus/taint becomes inflamed and itches. Sometimes it flares up on its own and stops me in the middle of whatever I'm doing. I work 60-70 hours per week and have had little time to even consider going to the doctor. Keep in mind I'm a 20 year old woman, and it doesn't seem like a yeast infection.
