What Causes A Rash On The Head Of Penis?

Hey, a couple days ago I had a part in my penis head that seem to look like a rash. I washed it and it s been a couple days now it s like my head is peeling. Like a snake, it itches at times but it don t burn. What s happening to me? Should I be concerned
