What Causes A Rash On The Thighs?

I have developed a rash that looks sun burn between the tops of my thighs, i didn't expose them to the sun and the temperature has come down now but nothing seems to help it go away, have tried sudo cream but this hasn't worked. Have also got thrush at the moment which is not helping. :(
