Hello Dr. Prasad,Assist solve this problem. I have a patient in the ward who reported to have been given Norzole tablets (Norfloxacin 400mg/tinidazole 600mg) for 10day, esomeprazole 20mg for 2weeks and paracatamole 1g for 4days and came presenting with a reaction looking like an erythrodema multifome of the general body but more severe on the mouth like early stage SJS. 1. Is this typical ADR 2. What would be the best culprit?
